Tulisa is up for a return to The X Factor panel

Tulisa has revealed she would consider a return to The X Factor.

The former X Factor judge has broken her silence on rumours about this year's series - which is set to see a big shake up.

Tulisa was a judge on The X Factor in 2011 and 2012, during which time she mentored Little Mix to victory.

Now Tulisa has spoken about a possible return to the show.

She revealed to the Metro newspaper: "There have been years where I've spoken to them, [had meetings], and wanted the job, [and] it's not happened.

"But this year is really such a good year for me because I've got the three-single record. I've got the acting and a lead role in a film. So my year is pretty panned out."

"I would be open to it if they want to have a conversation with me, but it's just not at the forefront," she added. "It's not on my radar, basically.

"But if we have a phone call, ask me then. Until that happens, it's not something to think about."

Tulisa - who just released new single Daddy - previously told ITV's Lorraine about the show: “X Factor was such a life changing thing for me, it really put me on the platform that I’m eternally grateful for.”

She added: “I loved the show, I loved doing the show, it’s an incredible process being a part of changing people’s lives.”

It's been reported that this year will see an X Factor All Stars series together with a 'Celebrity' spin-off

He revealed ambitions to air both a Celebrity and All Star version of X Factor this year. Simon suggested that The X Factor will air two separate shows back to back this autumn, one seeing celebrities compete and the other featuring a line up of past contestants.

Alongside former contestants, it's been claimed the panel may be made up of an 'All Star' line up of judges from past series joining Simon Cowell.

Following the news that Ayda and Robbie Williams had both left the show, it's been rumoured that the likes of Cheryl, Nicole Scherzinger, Sharon Osbourne, Louis Walsh and even Dannii Minogue could be on their way back.

According to The Sun newspaper, the judging panel could be cut to three - but will be different for the two planned series.

An insider suggested that Louis Tomlinson was unlikely to be a part of either, but could return next year.

As yet, no official details on The X Factor 2019 have been announced.
