A celebrity version of The X Factor is on the way for 2019 - who could be on the line up?
X Factor boss Simon Cowell recently revealed plans to postpone the sixteenth regular series of the singing contest in favour of two spin-offs.
One will be a 'champions' edition featuring fan favourites from past years, while the other will feature celebrity contestants.
As yet, no names have been confirmed for the Celebrity show but there have been a few rumours.
Contestants could include both Gemma Collins and her boyfriend James Arg Argent.
Gemma previously shocked viewers of BBC One’s All Together Now with a surprisingly good performance on its Christmas special.
According to the Daily Star, X Factor bosses now want to hire both Gemma and Arg as rival contenders.
“Gemma and Arg are perfect for Celebrity X Factor,” a source commented. “They can both hold a tune but they're not quite professionals, so there is still room for improvement.
“They will have the right mix of confidence and nerves. And they're both big personalities."
Another hopeful name is none other than Britain's Got Talent judge David Walliams.
Simon told the Daily Mirror newspaper this month: "I think David [Walliams] might enter, seriously, that would be amazing.”
Also rumoured for the show is David's fellow BGT star Amanda Holden.
According to The Sun, show bosses have set aside a £3 million budget to sign names for the series.
And it's not just for fun: The winner is set to scoop a record deal - just like the regular version.
They'll also compete for the Christmas Number 1 spot, something The X Factor has failed to get close to in recent years.
As for the X Factor 2019 judges, it's rumoured that the panel for both the Celebrity and All Stars series will see three familiar faces.
Alongside Simon, it's said former judges Louis Walsh, Cheryl, Nicole Scherzinger and Sharon Osbourne could be set for comebacks.
While the rumour mill is in full swing, ITV still hasn't officially confirmed any details for this year's X Factor.
