Gary Barlow has issued a warning to Robbie Williams ahead of the new series of The X Factor.
Robbie is widely expected to join this year's show as a new judge.
And his former Take That bandmate Gary Barlow - and of course former X Factor judge himself - has given some words of advice.
Gary told The Sun newspaper: “It’s going to be great, but I know what’s to come with that show. I know what it does to you.
“He’s got some hard work ahead, that’s for sure. I’ve told him it’s a lot of hours — more than people realise. It’s tiring.”
He added: “They film you for eight hours until you’ve had enough and then you say something bad — and that’s what they use when it goes out.”
Gary encouraged viewers to tune in as Robbie was sure to "turn the air blue" when filming kicks off this week.
Joining Robbie on the line up are said to be his wife Ayda Field and One Direction star Louis Tomlinson.
They'll also be on the panel alongside Sharon Osbourne for the live shows.
ITV confirmed last month (June) that alongside Simon Cowell, three new judges would join this year's series.
Both Nicole Scherzinger and Louis Walsh have quit the series, the channel confirmed.
Show bosses have described the change as 'the start of a new era' for the show, which will air its 15th series this year.
Managing Director of programme makers Thames, Amelia Brown, commented: “Louis has been a huge part of The X Factor’s success since it launched and remains a good friend of the show.
“His contribution cannot be overstated. We would like to thank him for all he has given to the show over the years and look forward to continuing to work with him in the future.”
Brown added: “We are very excited Sharon is taking on a new role on the show and we can’t wait to see her as a judge on the live episodes.
“This is the start of a new era for The X Factor. I am really excited about all the ideas we have for the coming series including, of course, the new judging panel.”
The X Factor airs on ITV in the autumn.
