Grace Davies has confessed a potential crush on one of her fellow X Factor 2017 contestants.
The favourite to win has admitted that after moving with the rest of this year’s finalists, one in particular has caught her eye.
However - as well as wanting to “keep it professional” - the singer-songwriter revealed she’s currently “too emotionally scarred” for any relationship at the moment.
Grace explained about her ex-boyfriend: “Don’t Go, which I sang at bootcamp, was heartbreaking to write because I was completely infatuated with him and then he dumped me over text.
"It destroyed me. I was devastated. He’s got a new girlfriend now and I’m happy for him and so I’m a little bitter.”
She added: “I won’t speak to him. We were together for four months and it was my first relationship so it was a big deal.
“I’ve been single ever since because I’m too emotionally scarred to have another relationship.”
Grace made her debut on The X Factor live shows last Saturday night, singing original song Too Young.
The song shot up the iTunes chart after the performance, peaking at Number 2 as Grace topped the public vote.
For the first weekend, the Boys and Girls performed on Saturday while the Overs and Groups were on stage on Sunday. It's not yet been revealed if the line up will remain the same for the second weekend.
Meanwhile, at the end of each live show, a public vote will decide which one act is immediately given the boot with the bottom two sing-off axed.
Instead, the acts who top Saturday and Sunday's vote face off in a new 'prize fight' to win a special reward.
In the first weekend that was Grace and Rak-Su with Grace winning the battle to secure a masterclass with P!nk in New York.
The X Factor 2017 continues this Saturday at 8:20PM and Sunday night at 7:05PM on ITV.
Guest stars will be BGT winner Tokio Myers and Rita Ora.
