X Factor 2017: Sean and Conor Price give 'one of the best auditions EVER'

Brothers Sean and Conor Price are ones to watch out for on The X Factor 2017 after tonight.

Sean is 17 and Conor is 15 and the pair are students and buskers from Blessington, Ireland.

Telling the judges they've been singing together for three years, the brothers explained they want to sell out arenas and make people happy with their music.

The teenagers picked Jimi Hendrix's All Along The Watchtower to sing at their audition.

"It's an old song and we think we can bring a bit of youth and energy to the song," they told the judges.

After the performance, Nicole Scherzinger praised: "Your voice Conor is so amazing, I love it. And Sean, I feel your voice compliments it so well. Awesome."

Louis Walsh quipped: "You're Irish - obviously, that means an awful lot!"

And Simon Cowell declared: "This probably one of the best auditions we've had. I don't want to change a single thing about you."

It's looking good for the boys, who got four yeses through to the next round.

Other acts we met tonight included nervous youngster 17 -year-old student Benji Matthews who endeared himself to the judges with his adorable giggle before even singing, while 68-year-old Ronnie Parker is the oldest contestant of the night, singing Tina Turner's Simply The Best.

Elsewhere, 25 year-old nursing home singer Russell Jones from Wales got flirting with Nicole Scherzinger and cheeky with the rest of the judges as he performed his take on The Jungle Book classic I Wanna Be Like You.

More hopefuls included Tracy Leanne Jefford, who previously auditioned for the show in 2006, and 24 year-old singer Gregor Coleman from Glasgow who split the panel with his performance.

The X Factor 2017 airs Saturday and Sunday nights on ITV.
