TOWIE's Megan McKenna has been getting secret tips on cracking the music industry.
And her pal in the business is none other than X Factor judge Louis Walsh.
In fact, it was Louis who encouraged Megan to pursue her dream of becoming a country music star in new reality show There's Something About Megan.
"Louis Walsh and I talk a lot about my music, and he's really happy with how it's going," Megan said this week.
Speaking to The Sun at the TV Choice Awards, Megan continued: “Basically he actually was one of the people who said to me ages ago that I should go to Nashville and do a show.
“I'd love to get involved in X Factor, maybe - never say never. You never know what's coming round the corner."
She added: “I mean I've speaking to a lot of songwriters and producers.
“I thought it was quite cool that Now Music you know who do all the albums as they tweeted 'do you think Megan could make it as a country star?' It was so cool.”
Megan's TV series continues at 10PM tonight on ITVBe.
Attempting to break the American country music industry and truly out of her comfort zone she’ll taste the simple life and cameras are there to share all the highs and lows that her music journey will bring.
Megan said of the three-part series: “I can't wait to spend this summer in Nashville. I have been a country music fan my whole life so to go to the place where some of my favorite country music artists have recorded really is a dream come true.
"I’m excited but definitely a bit scared as I just don’t know what to expect. I’ve been dreaming about this since I was a little girl so this is my one big shot.”
