Celebrity Big Brother Summer 2017

Amelia Lily has revealed her next job after finishing second on Celebrity Big Brother 2017.

Amelia lost out to Sarah Harding in Friday night's CBB final with just 5% splitting the pair according to the voting percentages.

However she's already announced her next gig, performing in Panto this Christmas in Peter Pan.

Amelia will play Tinkerbell in Maidstone alongside Hollyoaks star James Sutton and fellow X Factor finalist Lloyd Daniels.

Singer Amelia first rose to fame on The X Factor back in 2011 where she finished in third place.

After a top ten hit with You Bring Me Joy, she moved into musical theatre and made her West End debut in Greenday's American Idiot before joining the cast of Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat as the Narrator.

During her time on Celebrity Big Brother, Amelia had a rather emotional ride with a potential romance with Made In Chelsea's Sam Thompson.

Despite there being some tears along the way, Amelia told host Emma Willis last night she loved every moment.

"I want to go back in! I absolutely loved it in there!" Amelia raved. "We all had a chat from day one that Sarah's going to win...I didn't think I'd get past week one! I was boring, there were so many big characters in there."

She added: "I was extremely grateful that no one nominated me, I must have been doing something right. You only get this experience once!

'After the reception tonight, I can't thank everyone enough! The whole experience was incredible, meeting the people in there."

On Sam, Amelia added: "Me and Sam had a lot of conversations in there, I know where he is in his life...

"Whatever happens, I've met someone absolutely incredible! Me and Sam always needed to have that final chat, and you know what we're cool. He says he wants to take me out for a drink, of course I want to go out with him for a drink!"

Celebrity Big Brother will return on Channel 5 in January.
