This year's X Factor 2017 six chair challenge will be held in London this week, it has been revealed.
It's one of the few things that remain unchanged for this year's series even though the 'brutal' selection process has proved controversial in the past.
This year's show started with the room try outs across the country last month.
The hopefuls went before the returning panel - this year made up of Louis Walsh, Simon Cowell, Sharon Osbourne and Nicole Scherzinger - and those who got a yes went through to bootcamp.
Held last weekend, bootcamp also took place in front of a live audience unlike in recent years, as the judges cut down the acts.
It's left the panel with around 100 or so acts remaining in the competition and they'll be back in the capital for the six chair challenge this week.
The competition will see the hopefuls whittled down to just a handful who will progress to the penultimate stage, judges' houses, just one stop behind the live shows.
However the six chair challenge has been branded "cruel" in the past with judges able to switch acts in and out of their final six as they please, often leading to lots of emotions, tears and angry reactions from the audience.
And if you want to be part of this year's angry live crowd, here's your chance!
The 2017 X Factor six chair challenge will be filmed at the SSE Arena, Wembley on Wednesday, July 26, (Afternoon) Thursday July 27 (Afternoon and Evening) and Friday, July 28 (Afternoon).
The X Factor will air on ITV in the summer.
