The long-term coach on the singing competition reckons it would be "dope" to sit alongside Cheryl in the spinning red chairs.
Will, who is currently a coach on The Voice Kids spin-off on ITV, said: “It would be dope to have Cheryl on The Voice.
“That would be cool. It would be pretty cool for us to work together.”
And the Black Eyed Peas star told the Daily Star newspaper: "Someone should do that. She would be awesome on The Voice she would be right at home.
“It’s her type of thing actually.”
Will's comments come as a space opens up on The Voice UK panel after Gavin Rossdale confirmed he has left after just one series.
It was reported earlier this year that The Bush frontman had been dropped for the coaches line up for next year's series on ITV.
"Gavin was great to work with during the series, but the bosses just felt he wasn’t right in the end," a source told The Sun on Sunday newspaper. “He didn’t make much of an impact, and they want someone with serious spark and charisma.
“So they have taken the decision that he won’t be back next year."
Now Gavin has spoken out and confirmed the reports.
"It’s okay, it’s showbiz. I’m fully grown, I understand how it works," he told the Metro newspaper.
Gavin added: "It’s such a massive show and it’s great to be part of a juggernaut. I’m going to miss that side of it because that was a real laugh.
"It was a great experience. I had an amazing time on the show I loved it, I love all the people on there. Especially Tom."
The Voice UK will return to ITV in the new year.
