Let It Shine judge Dannii Minogue has revealed she used to use Botox as a "crutch".
Opening up about receiving Botox injections in the past, Dannii said she used the treatment to help her through personal pain in her life away from the cameras.
The former X Factor judge candidly confessed: "There was a lot of pain in my personal life and I felt more settled using Botox. That was my crutch through the tough times.
"I'm clearly not using it now! I am in a good place."
Dannii quit The X Factor here in the UK in 2010 after four years, returning to her native Australia where she's been sitting on the panels of Australia's Got Talent and the X Factor Australia.
Now back in the UK, Dannii will be return to live TV again tonight for the first round of the Let It Shine finals.
The BBC One series sees Dannii and fellow judges Gary Barlow and Martin Kemp on the hunt for five talented performers to play the role of a band in a new stage musical based on the songs of Take That.
And Dannii has promised a big, epic show that will impress viewers at home.
"I have got a lot of fittings and have brought stuff over from Australia. People want to see a big Saturday night show. I love that side of it with all the dresses," Dannii explained.
As for nerves, Dannii added to the Daily Mirror newspaper: "I don't get nervous, I love live TV. That is part of the reason why Gary [Barlow] said 'Let's bring in Dannii.'"
Let It Shine airs live tonight at 6:55PM on BBC One with the performances and again at 8:45PM with the live results show.
