X Factor group 5 After Midnight have been signed by Simon Cowell's label.
The boys, who finished third on last year's series, have penned a record deal with Syco according to The Sun newspaper.
"There is no better label for them. If anyone knows how to find success with a boyband it’s Simon Cowell," a source told the tabloid.
Insiders say that music chiefs hope 5 After Midnight could become as big as former X Factor stars One Direction.
“Syco has an incredible team of songwriters at their disposal to work on amazing hits for the band," the source said.
Syco MD Tyler Brown is quoted by the newspaper as saying: “It is very rare that a group can sing, dance and perform at a level that 5 After Midnight do. We will be making a record that enables them to fully showcase their huge talent.”
5 After Midnight's deal means that all of last year's finalists have now been signed.
Winner Matt Terry is with RCA Records while runner up Saara Aalto announced a deal with Sony Music last month.
Saara revealed she had big plans for her first record following The X Factor.
"I’m now working with some of the best songwriters in the world and Sia has written a song that has been given to me," Saara teased. "Oh my god, it’s just insane.
"I think Sia is a pretty good reference for me because her way of singing and the way she composes the melodies and writes the lyrics is very similar to what I’ve always done. "
She continued: "I describe my own music as epic love pop. I don’t want to sing about going to a party with friends, I want to sing meaningful songs that can inspire people and I think Sia’s songs are really deep."
Before any of the finalists release records there is the X Factor live tour.
Saara, Matt, and 5 After Midnight are joined by Emily Middlemas, Honey G, Ryan Lawrie, Samantha Lavery and 4 Of Diamonds on the line up.
