Dannii Minogue has revealed she's had no contact with The X Factor since leaving seven years ago.
Dannii was a judge on the show between 2007 and 2010 alongside Simon Cowell, Louis Walsh, Cheryl Cole and Sharon Osbourne.
But speaking this week, Dannii revealed she hadn't spoken to Simon or had any contact with the show since the 2010 final.
“I haven’t spoken to him and I have no idea what he’s said about the show," Dannii revealed to The Sun newspaper. “I have had zero contact with X Factor since I left. I haven’t seen it.”
Saturday night saw Dannii return to UK telly in new BBC One talent show Let It Shine, fronted by fellow former X Factor judge Gary Barlow.
Dannii said her return to Britain was a long time coming but was always planned.
“I’ve been wanting to come back to the UK for ages," she said. "I was looking for something new, fresh and exciting. I wanted something full of positivity and light.
”She added: “I don’t think viewers will see a difference in me. Since I finished X Factor in the UK, I did three years of X Factor in Australia, so it feels more like a continuation for me, than a break or comeback.”
Dannii is joined by Martin Kemp and Amber Riley on the panel of Gary's show, which is on the search for male vocalists to perform in a new musical based on the songs of Take That.
Dannii joked it had been "very difficult" sitting between Gary and Martin on the show for the auditions.
She said: "Gary’s distractingly good looking! That’s not fair, it’s a very difficult part of my job.
"And then I have Martin on the other side of me, so I’m wedged between two guys who couldn’t be more charming or more beautiful. Really it’s a tough job, but someone has to do it!"
Let It Shine continues Saturday nights on BBC One.
