Honey G is gearing up to release her first single and she's hoping for big things.
Despite being eliminated in the Quarter Finals, Honey G has already signed a record deal with Simon Cowell and will have a single out by Friday.
Speaking on ITV's Good Morning Britain, Honey G said: “The official offer from Simon Cowell’s record label Syco came through over the last week and I’m really happy about that. I’m really happy Simon’s backing me.
"I asked Simon if he liked the single and he told me he loved it!"
And Honey G declared: "My career in IT recruitment is over – which is something I’m very, very, pleased about."
"X Factor has completely turned my life around," she continued. "So, you know, it’s probably been one of the most life changing experiences of my whole life.
"I’m hoping to be Honey G for the rest of my life now.
"X Factor has made me realise who I really am."
However the singer - real name Anna Gilford - confessed being Honey G all the time wasn't an easy task.
"Having the glasses and hat on all the time sometimes gives me a bit of a headache," she admitted "I take them off if I’m on my own at my flat or something.
As for her hopes with the single, Honey G explained: "I'm looking to come in at the level that One Direction came in at. I know that I can create that hype.
"I just need the opportunity to be able to sell the records, get the right PR behind me, get the right team behind me that's really going to blow me up."
The Honey G Show will be released on Friday to buy and stream.
