Little Mix's Leigh-Anne Pinnock 'attacked by crazed fan' on night out

Little Mix singer Leigh-Anne Pinnock was 'attacked by crazed fan' on a night out, reports have claimed.

The incident is said to have happened in November but was only reported on at the weekend.

According to an eye-witness report in The Sun on Sunday, Leigh-Anne was out with pals in the early hours at a restaurant when her group were first verbally insulted.

The Little Mix star is said to have stuck up for her friends - and got a slap across the face in response.

The onlooker claimed that Leigh-Anne told the man: "'Don’t say that to her’ or ‘don’t be rude.’"

They added: "And he walked around the table and leant into her and gave her a clean slap on the face.”

Doesn't sound like much of a fan to us...

Police were called while Leigh-Anne was comforted by her friends.

“Her friend had her arm round her. She looked a mess and she was crying her eyes out," the eye witness claimed.

A spokesperson for the Metropolitan Police said in a statement: “Police were called on Monday, 28 November at around 04:50 hours by a woman who stated that a man had threatened to assault her and had assaulted another woman she was with.

“The suspect made off prior to police arrival. Officers conducted a search of the area and did not locate the suspect.”

No arrests have been made but enquiries are ongoing to trace the alleged attacker.

Reps for Leigh-Anne and Little Mix declined to comment on the incident.
