Saara Aalto may have already scooped a big record deal following The X Factor 2016.
Saara lost out to Matt Terry in this year's X Factor final on Sunday night after a shockingly close weekend of voting.
Just 4% split the final three on Saturday evening at the vote freeze when 5 After Midnight left in third place, and at the time Saara was in the lead.
But Matt was out on top come Sunday night and has already released his debut winner's single, When Christmas Comes Around.
Earlier this week, Saara revealed talks for a record deal were already underway.
Speaking to The Sun newspaper, Saara said her wedding to fiancée Meri was therefore on hold for the time being.
The Finnish singer explained: “[The wedding] is somewhere in the future not right now, we have some other things to do first…
“I’ve had so many meetings but it’s only been two days so it’s all very confusing at the moment but we’ve had very good meetings and very good plans.”
And while Saara told fans not to expect anything until the New Year, the performer snapped the above picture of herself in the studio today, hinting at new music.
"Feels like home 💗 So excited for the future❤️" she teased.
Sources have claimed that Saara is set to scoop a big record deal with a "major label", although no official announcement has been made yet.
Unusually, winner Matt Terry was not signed directly by Simon Cowell this year with the champ instead being picked up by RCA Records.
So could we see Saara end up working with the X Factor boss instead?
Time will tell...
Right now, Saara is still living on cloud nine even if she didn't win.
She posted in a video online: "People, thank you so much for this X Factor journey I've been on with you guys.
"I know so, so many people have been voting for me and I am forever grateful I came this far. I never thought I'd make it and I made it, I was in the final on Sunday, I almost won, that's the best feeling ever.
"I feel like a winner, I am a winner and it's because of you the love and support I got from you, thank you so much."
