And some are even tipping her to do better than actual winner Matt Terry.
During Saturday night's live final show from Wembley Arena, Honey G had a starring role.
Despite being kicked out of the show two weeks ago, she took centre stage for a mega medley of songs, including her own upcoming single.
Honey G confirmed on Sunday that she had been signed by Simon Cowell's record label and would release her first single later this month, just after the winner.
She tweeted last night: "I am ecstatic to announce I have been Signed by SYCO, Simon Cowells record label and will be releasing my first single on 23rd December."
Honey G added in a video message to her fans: "I'm shooting the video this week, I'm so happy, I hope everyone goes out and buys the single and supports it... bring on the album!"
Speaking to X Factor host Dermot O'Leary after her performance on the show Honey said: “It felt wicked. I just want to plug my single that’s coming out on December 23 called The Honey G Show.
“Everyone’s got to go out and buy it and support the single. Honey G’s taking over. It’s Honey G time.”
X Factor judge Louis Walsh has claimed Honey G will have a hit with the song when it's released this month.
Although it won't be in the race for Christmas Number 1, will it outdo Matt's winner's single?
Honey G is facing stiff competition from the original song, When Christmas Comes Around, which was penned by Ed Sheeran.
However it seems some X Factor fans are backing Honey G to do well.
"Some punters believe Honey G will rival her fellow X Factor contestant and steal the limelight after her performance at Wembley,” said bookmaker Coral’s Nicola McGeady.
