"Your support has been immense and I cannot believe you're all standing in front of me tonight, this is insane," said Matt. "Can we give it up for Sherzy! The best mentor in the world! The best mentor in the world! We love her!"
Nicole added to the audience: "Make sure to support my boy Matt Terry! It's final week, come on, we're in the home stretch! Matt Terry!"
Matt was the last of this year's finalists to perform his homecoming gig this week.
On Tuesday, 5 After Midnight travelled to Leicester with Louis Walsh while on Monday Saara Aalto was in Finland with Dermot O'Leary, after mentor Sharon Osbourne failed to show.
