Emily Middlemas has spoken out about leaving The X Factor 2016 in last night's results.
It was Emily who left The X Factor this week, just missing out on a spot in the grand final at Wembley Arena.
Emily was in the bottom two sing off against Matt Terry, the first time for both in the danger zone.
But her place in the final slipped away as the judges backed Matt to join Saara Aalto and 5 After Midnight at Wembley next weekend.
Despite the disappointment, Emily couldn't be happier.
"Honestly, I'm so happy," she raved last night. "I came 4th out of thousands of people who entered, for me that is special, that's an achievement."
She continued: "This is The X Factor, this is crazy to even be in the live shows, The X Factor is amazing, I found that so... out of thousands of people who auditioned that's incredible."
And there were no signs of hard feelings for her rivals, saying: "I'm so proud of the guys for making it through, they all deserve it so much and they're amazing, they're so good."
Speaking about her favourite moments from the series, Emily said: "Singing on that stage every single Saturday night in front of millions was amazing.
"I really enjoyed the sing off performance but apart from that, Halloween Week and Creep was my favourite."
With Emily out just three acts remain in the X Factor 2016 and the race to the final is on.
It's shaping up to be the closest run EVER with all three having both been top of the vote and also in the sing off.
The X Factor is back next Saturday and Sunday on ITV from 8PM.
