Simon Cowell's little son Eric is proving to be a favourite backstage on The X Factor 2016.
Recently eliminated contestant Sam Lavery previously revealed how she and Eric had struck up quite the unique friendship.
"Eric's like a mini Simon - seeing them sit next to each other is scary, they're so alike!" she said.
Sam added: "It's really sweet watching Simon with him, he's a great dad and you can tell he is very protective."
And Sam told how she and Eric bonded over Peppa Pig.
"Eric is literally my favourite person," she gushed. "He comes and sees me and we have in-depth conversations about Peppa Pig.
"I have a tiger ring I wear on the show and me and Eric call it 'Tim The Tiger'. It's our good luck charm. We have our own secret handshake, too."
And it seems as though Eric is growing up to be just like his dad.
Sam spilled: "He's the coolest little boy. I asked him where his daddy was the other day and he said, [in a well spoken accent], 'Oh he's in his dressing room', he's so posh, I love him."
Now Xtra Factor's Matt Edmondson has said that he sees Eric more than Simon himself!
"The best thing about Simon is he brings his son Eric to the show. We love Eric!" Matt said this week.
He spilled: "He seeks us out in our dressing room and has a chat before the show. He plays games with us.
"He has a stegosaurus called Steggy Weggy and a mouse called Mousey Wousey. I show him magic tricks and Rylan dances with him."
And Matt added: "Eric hangs out, while Simon never gives us the time of day! They're a cute family."
The X Factor continues tonight at 8PM on ITV.
