Emily Middlemas has revealed her X Factor warm up routine, which consists of about 100 yawns.
The teenage songstress is preparing for Saturday night’s Movies week theme and teased how she rehearses before each live show.
“I’m always really excited in the mornings,” Emily spilled to OK! magazine. “It’s not until an hour before the show that the nerves really kick in from.
“I tend to yawn when I’m nervous, I’m not sure why so I yawn about 100 times before I go on stage.”
When it comes to the moments before Emily steps out in front of cameras, she told the publication: “I have to focus on breathing in and out and I do my vocal warm ups.
“When I step out on stage I take a huge breath before I sing. It’s such a relief when the music starts and I can get going.”
Meanwhile, Emily has been reflecting on her X Factor journey so far.
Speaking last night, she said: "I remember when I was younger I used to always watch X Factor with my family every Saturday night.
"A moment that stuck out for me the most was when Little Mix won. I absolutely love Little Mix so much. I never ever thought in a million years I'd be here today. In the first auditions I never expected to even get through."
This weekend is Movies week and Emily will be singing It Must Have Been Love by Rosette from the movie Pretty Woman.
The X Factor 2016 airs LIVE on ITV Saturday, from 8PM with the performances.
Then on Sunday night at 8PM the latest results will see another act leave, as well as performances from Craig David and Alicia Keys.
