Sam Lavery left The X Factor last night but she really didn't seem to mind.
Yesterday we saw the sixth X Factor 2016 results of the series as Samantha Lavery bowed out of the competition.
She was eliminated in the sing off against Ryan Lawrie with the bottom three life line vote twist axed this week.
And compared to the reactions of some of the eliminees this year, Sam couldn't be happier.
"I look back to my audition, I am completely different, I've grown," she gushed on the Xtra Factor this evening. "I'm in the final seven, I'm on the tour. What can I actually complain about?"
Sam went on to praise mentor Simon Cowell despite his criticisms of her.
"Nobody wants someone to say you're perfect," she explained, "You want someone to say you're good but this could be better.
"It's really helped me grow and do songs I'd never thought of, notes I never thought I could hit. I've really learned so much and it's been unbelievable."
Asked who she would miss the most, Sam continued: "I am going to miss Jordan so much, me and him started getting close..."
But she was quick to shut down romance rumours: "He's like a brother, he's just like a hyperactive puppy that everyone wants."
Despite the raving over 5 After Midnight's Jordan, Sam went on to back Matt Terry to win in next month's final.
The X Factor 2016 continues next Saturday and Sunday night on ITV at 8PM.
Elsewhere in tonight's results there were performances from Olly Murs and Nathan Sykes.
