Tonight's X Factor 2016 results: It's a VERY close vote this week!

Who left The X Factor 2016 this week?

Samantha Lavery and Ryan Lawrie are the favourites for the sing off in tonight's The X Factor 2016 results.

But it's nail bitingly close between which of the pair will end up leaving, and the other contestants are far from safe.

Last week Four Of Diamonds lost their place in the competition, following in the footsteps of Gifty Louise, Relley C, Freddy Parker and first eliminees of the series Bratavio as well as Brooks Way, who left the competition 'by mutual consent'.

That's left us with seven singers in the running to be crowned The X Factor 2016 champion going into Saturday's Disco themed show.

They were Nicole Scherzinger's Boys - Matt Terry and Ryan - and Simon Cowell's two Girls - Emily Middlemas and Sam.

They're joined by Sharon Osbourne's remaining Overs - Honey G and Saara Aalto - and finally Louis Walsh's lone remaining Group - 5 After Midnight.

Sam and Ryan are pretty much the joint favourites to go tonight with bookies unable to split the pair.

There is NO bottom three or life line twist this evening, meaning the two acts with the fewest votes will head straight into the sing off.

From there it'll be the judges who decide who goes and it seems as that bookmakers have no idea which way they'd vote.

Of course, Sam and Ryan being in the sing-off is far from guaranteed.

Saara is next in the betting having been saved by the judges three times so far whereas 5 After Midnight could make a debut appearance.

And while Honey G, Matt Terry and Emily Middlemas all look much safer, there's nothing to say we won't get a big shock and see any of them having to sing again.
