The Finnish singer has been in the sing off three times this series but the judges have saved her each week.
And now Saara is turning to fellow Overs category singer Honey G - who has never been in the bottom three - for inspiration.
Saara dismissed claims that there was any ill feeling backstage over Honey G's popularity and said this week: "I get along well with her.
"She's an inspiration.
"I think to myself, 'If Honey G can do that, so can I.'"
However Saara suggested that Honey G's potential is limited.
"I'm not sure she could win. The X Factor is a singing competition, but she has so many fans, so it's possible," she told Star magazine.
Meanwhile, Saara raved about mentor Sharon Osbourne and her "honesty".
"It's been a journey, the first weeks were pretty tough. I'd move to a new country I was speaking English every day so it was a new thing for me," Saara said. "Sharon, She's so honest.
"I like that because that's how you grow. She told me not to be polite on stage and let it all go. It gave me so much strength and confidence."
The X Factor 2016 is back this Saturday and Sunday night on ITV at 8PM with Disco week.
As well as new performances from the final seven acts, there will be guest appearances from Olly Murs and Nathan Sykes.
