It was claimed this week that Honey G's ego was 'out of control' off camera and rubbing other acts up the wrong way.
A source alleged to star magazine: "Anything the G wants, the G gets. Her ego is out of control.
"Production assistants are all over her, while other contestants fend for themselves."
And according to Xtra Factor host Matt Edmondson, the other singers may well feel annoyed at Honey G's shock success.
He told The Sun: “She has captured the public’s imagination. I can imagine that some of the contestants who regard themselves as better singers might be annoyed.
“She’s offering a different kind of entertainment but I can see why other people might be annoyed.”
But what does Honey G herself have to say about it all?
It's not just the other acts that are said to be unhappy with her, she also has a growing list of celebrity 'haters'.
While stars including Snoop Dogg and Robbie Williams are throwing their support behind Honey G, the likes of Lily Allen, Professor Green and even past X Factor winners Little Mix haven't been kind to her.
In an online chat with Bizarre magazine, Honey G declared confidently: "Simon Cowell – he invented X Factor, he’s the whole thing behind it – he’s spoken out openly about me having The X Factor.
“He’s never at any point said this is a singing competition get out.
"Again, people coming around saying it’s a singing competition I just feel they’ve got a bit of a bee in their bonnet.
“Me coming along, has that upset the apple cart a little bit? Spoilt their plans? Do you know what I mean?"
Having now secured a spot in The X Factor's live tour, Honey G's success doesn't show any signs of slowing down with bookies making her a favourite to WIN the competition.
The live shows continue this Saturday and Sunday night on ITV from 8PM.
