X Factor singer Kayleigh Marie Morgan has hinted she may return to the show next year.
While the current series is still underway, X Factor bosses kicked off the call for talented singers to audition for the next series on Sunday night's live show.
Kayleigh made it as far as judges' houses on this year's series before being sent home by mentor Simon Cowell.
He told her: "You've got a great energy about you. You're very honest and your voice is very pure... There are only three places and I had to say no to four people. The decision I've made is that for this year, you're not quite ready."
Kayleigh teased fans with a potential return on Twitter on Sunday night, posting a link to the X Factor application website captioned: "Do I?????????🙈"
"OMG without a doubt . Best singer I've heard in years 💟" One fan responded.
But another replied: "You are better than x factor xx"
Comebacks on The X Factor have often proved successful with Alexandra Burke winning the show after previously being sent home at judges' houses.
And of course this year Emily Middlemas remains in the running after being given a no by Cheryl at the penultimate stage back in 2014.
As for Kayleigh, we'll have to wait and see!
How to audition for The X Factor 2017
As usual, you can register to audition either in person at one of a number of cities in the UK or audition online by simply uploading a video.
The age limit is 16 once again but if you're 15 right now you can still apply so long as you're sixteen years of age or over by the 1 July 2017.
Solo singers, groups and duos can all apply and as long as you're old enough there aren't any other restrictions.
So if you think you've got what it takes you can apply right this second at application.xfactor.tv.
The X Factor 2017 will air on ITV next year while the current series continues Saturday and Sunday nights on ITV.
