It's The X Factor 2016's latest live tonight here are all the song choices and spoilers.

What are the contestants singing? Who's left in the competition? And which guests are performing this weekend? All is revealed!

Tonight's X Factor 2016 contestants

Last week Gifty Louise lost her place in the competition, following in the footsteps of Relley C, Freddy Parker and first eliminees of the series Bratavio as well as Brooks Way, who left the competition 'by mutual consent'.

Those left in the contest include Nicole Scherzinger's Boys - Matt Terry and Ryan Lawrie - and Simon Cowell's two Girls - Emily Middlemas and Samantha Lavery.

They're joined by Sharon Osbourne's remaining Overs - Honey G and Saara Aalto - and finally Louis Walsh's two Groups - 5 After Midnight and Four of Diamonds.

This week's X Factor theme

This Saturday the theme is Girl Band v Boy Band but - based on the song choices below - roughly translates to any song performed by more than one person.

As always, all the acts sing live on Saturday and then the public will vote. The three singers with the fewest votes face elimination in Sunday's results show.

What time is The X Factor on tonight?

The X Factor 2016 airs LIVE on ITV Saturday, from 8PM with the performances.

Who's performing on Sunday?

Then on Sunday night at 8PM the latest results will see another act leave, as well as a performances from Robbie Williams and Emeli Sande.

Sunday evening will also see the Jukebox wheeled out again to decide next weekend's theme.
