Emily Middlemas and Ryan Lawrie have revealed they're completely focused on The X Factor.
The couple both remain in the contest and according to The Sun newspaper have put themselves on a 'sex ban'.
Emily spilled to the tabloid: “Me and Ryan are 100% focused on the music right now. We’ll put music first and grab that career, we want to make sure we’re stable, we’ve got money and that kind of stuff.
“To be honest we don’t see each other a lot at the moment and when we do everyone is around us watching a movie or something."
She added: “Maybe five minutes before bed we’ll have a chat about what we’ve done or if we’re feeling bad about anything. So it’s hard to do anything with each other. I guess it makes us stronger.”
It was previously claimed the pair had been caught 'romping' on the stairs of The X Factor house, a story which upset Emily.
"We knew there would be some stories, but that one [about having sex on the stairs] really upset me," she told OK! magazine. “It’s disgusting that someone would make up something like that, especially when we’re so young and just starting out in our careers.
“It was horrible for my family to read something like that, too.”
Meanwhile, not everyone thinks being so loved up is great for the pair.
X Factor's creative director Brian Friedman suggested last weekend: "If they’re alone they would have to really rise to the occasion and step up the plate.
"That would do both of them good to not have any distraction, and to really fight for it."
The X Factor is back tonight at 8PM on ITV.
