X Factor's Honey G hits back at all her haters ahead of Halloween performance

X Factor's Honey G has hit back at all the haters in a brand new interview.

In a daytime exclusive earlier, ITV's This Morning’s hosts Rylan Clark-Neal and Dan Clark-Neal spoke live to Honey G at The X Factor Studios.

On some of the negative press reports, Honey G said: “I’ve seen some stuff in the press… sometimes when I see things that are negative, I just don’t click on them anymore… just talk to the hand. I don’t even wanna like bother looking at it.

"Obviously all the haters out there that are going to the press and giving the press stories… you know, to me, all these people are just haters. They need to check themselves because they literally mean nothing to me and they are never going to get anywhere when they are preaching all this hate.

"They might as well give up their day job.”

Quizzed on THAT one report claiming that even some of her family are 'embarrassed' by her, Honey G continued: “I’m actually quite glad that you brought that up…. There’s absolutely no truth in that story. It’s all a pack of lies.

"My mum and my family are all very very proud of me. They’ve stood up to you [Rylan] in the audience [of Xtra Factor] and said to you directly how proud of me they are. They admire my bravery, my tenacity… so this story is a big fat lie basically.”

Looking on the positive side to the reaction she's had, Honey G told the show: “Obviously I’m just completely overwhelmed with the support I’ve been getting from the public. I’m really enjoying X Factor, I’m having the time of my life.

"It’s been completely life changing for me…I’m loving every moment of it, and I don’t want it to end. I’m having the most incredible time of my life.”

She added: “I had no idea that I’d get to this point. And obviously I came back into the competition as a Wild Card and I don’t know whether you know, but I was given 48 hours notice that I would be going to judges houses in LA, and to make it through to the live shows and get this far, it’s just incredible.

"I’ve seen what I’m capable of, and I feel like I’ve been born as a rap star… and want to go all the way to the final.”
