Little Mix have slammed girl group GRL over suggestions they've ripped off their song.
Little Mix premiered Shout Out To My Ex last Sunday night before performing it live on The X Factor.
The song went on to make it to Number 1 in the charts last Friday but a feud quickly erupted with US group GRL and their song Ugly Heart.
Some accused Little Mix of 'copying' the song, and opinion that GRL seemed to endorse by tweeting #ShoutOutToUglyHeart as Little Mix released their song.
Chatting about the clash this week, some of the the Little Mix girls were fairly blunt with their views on it.
Chatting to Belgian radio station Qmusic, Jade Thirlwall was rather diplomatic about the whole thing, saying: “We’re actually friends with Emmalyn from GRL and she loves the song.
“Every song is going to have a similar chord sequence, slightly similar lyrics and melodies – it happens all the time. It doesn’t mean that they’re not both incredible songs.”
She added: “I think maybe because it was a girl band as well, I just think people like to have something negative to say.”
But Perrie Edwards and Jesy Nelson weren't as tactful as they gave their views.
Perrie complained: "I just think, stop trying to hop on the bandwagon."
And Jesy added: “Stop trying to get publicity.”
Little Mix have become the latest X Factor stars to be accused of 'ripping off' their latest hit.
Last week it was reported that James Arthur had been hit with claims his Number 1 single was a copy of The Script's The Man Who Can't Be Moved.
