X Factor's Emily Middlemas says her relationship with Ryan Lawrie would be put to the side if they're in the bottom two together.
The couple spoke out about their romance in last night's show, revealing they had known one another for four years before getting together eight months ago.
And that could prove quite awkward if they end up having to sing-off against one another.
Emily says that having to go head to head for a place in the competition wouldn't hurt their relationship.
She told the Metro newspaper that they'd focus purely on the sing-off and not on each other.
"We’d just sing our hearts out [if we were in the sing-off together] and hope for the best," Emily explained.
Of course saying it is one thing, if that actually happens remains to be seen.
As yet neither have been in the bottom two although Ryan last week was saved from the elimination zone.
Bookies have now made him the favourite to go tonight, while girlfriend Emily looks sure to be safe as the current second-favourite to win.
Tonight the three acts with the fewest votes will face a new flash poll before one is saved. The other two will then sing-off for the judges.
The X Factor 2016 is back Sunday night at 8PM on ITV on Sunday night with the latest results.
As well as the next elimination, Sunday's show will see special performances from Shawn Mendes and John Legend.
