Louis Walsh has issued a stark warning to his acts on The X Factor 2016.
The Irish judge has been on the show over a decade now and has told his groups this year to be careful of even their family and partners.
He told the Daily Star on Sunday newspaper how previous contestants on the show had "lost the plot" after appearing on the live shows.
“I’m trying to be honest with my contestants," Louis explained.
He told the tabloid: “I’ve worked on the show since day one and seen every act come and go and the lose the plot.
“They listen to the wrong people, whether families, girlfriends or boyfriends."
Louis claimed: “If they want a long and successful career they should listen to me or somebody in Syco (Simon Cowell’s record label).
“Somebody who’s seen all the acts come and go before.”
Louis is once again in charge of The Groups this year and has 2 acts remaining: 5 After Midnight and girl group Four After Diamonds, who joined the show on Saturday in place of Brooks Way who left the contest.
The X Factor 2016 is back next Saturday and Sunday night on ITV at 8PM.
The theme is divas and there will be guest performances from Shawn Mendes and John Legend.
