X Factor lovebirds Emily Middlemas and Ryan Lawrie have supposedly been caught flouting the show's 'sex ban'.
Only yesterday did Ryan reveal that producers had banned the pair from even being in one another's bedrooms.
"We can chill and watch a film, but when it comes to bedtime, it’s bedtime and that’s it. You can’t sneak into each other’s room," he revealed.
Ryan added; "There’s actually a sex ban in the house, but we wouldn’t do that anyway. It’s just professionalism, isn’t it?"
But - apparently - the two have found a loophole by, err, 'making music with one another' on the STAIRS.
“Emily and Ryan have been getting frisky on the stairs late at night," a source told The Sun newspaper.
They claimed: “They’re banned from going in each other’s rooms so have found a way to bend the rules and head to the stairs for their hook-ups instead when they think all the other contestants are asleep."
Seemingly not as asleep as they thought....
Show bosses are also said to have given the couple a talk about the birds and the bees following last week's X Factor baby shock.
An X Factor insider spilled: “They are the first official couple to go into the house together and – in a bid to avoid another pregnancy shocker – producers have lectured the young couple about safe sex.
“With no parents around it’s like they have properly moved in together so it’s no surprise things between them have got rather steamy.”
Both Emily and Ryan made it through to next week's show in last night's first live results.
The X Factor 2016 is back next Saturday and Sunday night on ITV.
