The first act has been eliminated from The X Factor 2016 in last night's results show
However the show in fact lost TWO acts this evening Brooks Way were axed behind the scenes.
It was confirmed just before tonight's results show on ITV that the pair would NOT be returning having not performed last night due to 'unforeseen circumstances'.
But Brooks Way's exit didn't mean there was no elimination.

Bratavio were also given the boot following a brand new voting twist.
Once lines closed in this evening's results show, the bottom three were revealed.
Host Dermot O'Leary called out the names of the safe singers before announcing that Saara Aalto, Bratavio and Freddy Parker had the fewest votes (in no particular order).
The trio then faced a second round of voting. Fans had just 5 minutes to vote to save one of them in a free poll on the official X Factor app.
With the most votes in the so-called 'life line vote', Freddy was saved and went through to next week.
Saara and Bratavio then performed in the sing off. Saara went first, singing Sia's Alive. Bratavio followed with Yazz's The Only Way Is UP.
It was then over to the judges to decide.
Louis Walsh was first and not too surprisingly backed his own act, sending Saara home.
Sharon Osbourne similarly backed her own act, sending Bratavio home.
Nicole Scherzinger also sent Bratavio home, saying: "That song is so difficult and you sang our faces off."
With the casting vote, Simon Cowell said: "That was probably the craziest 5 minutes I've ever been through. If this was a horse race it was like a guinea pig versus a race horse, the act I'm obviously sending home is Bratavio."
With three of the judges votes to one, Bratavio went home.
Elsewhere tonight, former X Factor winner James Arthur returned to sing his new number 1 single Say You Won’t Let Go.
The final 11 also opened the first live results with a group performance of Fleur East's Sax.
The X Factor 2016 continues next Saturday and Sunday night on ITV.
