Emily Middlemas has spilled on what she's working on for The X Factor live shows.
This weekend the new series kicks off its live stages on ITV with 'Express Yourself' week.
Basically, the acts can sing whatever they want to.
No one wants to be the first to leave and Emily will be belting out Britney Spear's Toxic this Saturday evening.
Although it's unlikely to be the version we're all familiar with.
Emily teased: "I'm so excited. I'm really confident with the song I've been given and I'm sticking to what I normally do, so I've got my guitar and I'm changing it up to make it my own.
"I just hope the viewers keep me in so they can see what else I can do."
While sticking with the guitar may seem a bit safe, we know Emily had also provide the uptempo performances.
When she was on the show in 2014, Emily stormed the Six Chair Challenge with a cover of Ellie Goulding's Anything Could Happen.
And although she went on to make judges' houses, the then 15-year-old didn't make the live shows.
Looking back now, Emily thinks Cheryl made the right decision despite her tears at the time.
Emily said: "One hundred per cent [Cheryl was right]. At the time I was devastated, but I said I'd come back in two years and I have - and I'm so happy."
Explaining what was different this time, Emily went on: "I feel more confident in myself because I've found my style and who I am.
"Two years ago, I didn't know much about music, but since then I've been writing and been all over the UK doing gigs."
The X Factor 2016 airs live this Saturday night on ITV from 8PM.
