Police called to X Factor house in security scare

Police visited The X Factor 2016 house today following a security scare.

The X Factor final 12 have well and truly been thrown in the celebrity lifestyle and all that comes with it.

From paps camping outside the house to, it seems, one VERY dedicated fan.

According to the Daily Mirror police were called to the North London mansion over reports of a drone flying overhead.

Apparently the flying 'copter was trying to peer into the house to snap pictures of the finalists.

A source told the tabloid: "The Police were called as security at the house had noticed that there was a drone flying around the property trying to take pictures of the contestants."

The 12 of the live show finalists - 16 singers in all with the groups - have moved into a massive £3.8 million mansion in London for the final stages.

As it happens, the property is owned by former rugby union star Kyran Bracken who is said to be renting it to The X Factor for around £2,300 a week.

Spread over 7000 sq. ft, as well as the bedrooms there is a huge kitchen, a day AND formal lounge, a study, two en suite bathrooms, two shower rooms and even a staff quarters.

Reports last week claimed that the group of singers in residence had been annoying neighbours with their passion for performing.

And the finalists' favourite song? Aqua's Barbie Girl.

Apparently they've been annoying those living next door. One anonymous neighbour is quoted by the Daily Star newspaper: "All the windows were open and they were making a right racket!'"

The X Factor 2016 live shows air this Saturday night from 8PM on ITV.
