Former X Factor singer Lauren Murray is working on a debut album.
She revealed the news after being named the best performer on reality telly this past year.
Lauren beat fellow X Factor singers 4th Impact, Keira Weathers and even eventual show winner Louisa Johnson to the spot at the National Reality TV Awards.
Lauren tweeted: "I can't believe I won BEST PERFORMANCE at the NRTA thank you so much love you all 💜 my mum is gonna be so proud of me xxxx"
Now Lauren has revealed she's hoping to put out a record which will show off a "new vibe" compared to her songs on The X Factor.
"X Factor is all like covers and it's hard to get away from that 'X Factor thing'. Now I'm just coming out as Lauren Murray, completely different," Lauren told the Daily Star newspaper.
She added: "I'm coming out with a new vibe that people won't be expecting. It's gonna be something totally new."
Lauren first appeared in the opening episode of auditions on last year's show.
The Essex 25-year-old went before the judges at the try outs in Wembley with a trio of Whitney tracks prepared.
But the panel weren't too impressed with Lauren's song selection and instead invited her to try another track, Jocelyn Brown's Somebody Else's Guy.
After a false start, Lauren burst into a powerful rendition of the 1980s hit and ended up making it through to the semi finals of last year's show.
