X Factor 2016: Christian Burrows gives emotional performance at judges' houses

Christian Burrows gives another emotional performance on The X Factor 2016 tonight.

The 19 year-old VIP nightclub supervisor from Bolton originally wowed the judges with an original track at his audition, saying: "This competition is everything to me. If I was to make it big I'd put my family first, I'd put them in a massive house.

"This is what I want to be doing for the rest of my life, this is my chance and I'm going to take it with everything I've got."

The song was about Christian's late brother and he revealed to the judges: "It's a song that means everything to me, only my mum's heard it."

Now Christian is at judges' houses and says in the show tonight: "After my first audition there's so much expectation to live up to.

"I feel I've got to up my game. I'm going to give it my all, sing my heart out and hopefully do my family proud."

Singing for mentor Nicole Scherzinger and her guest judge Calvin Harris, Christian belts out The Fray's How To Save A Life.

"I feel emotionally drained," Christian declares after the performance.

Calvin applauds: "It was fantastic."

He later adds to Nicole in a private chat: "That song suited him."

Nicole agrees: "I thought the same thing, it's almost like he could've written that song."

She adds: "He's very vulnerable, do you think he's strong enough or is he going to crack under pressure in the live shows?"

Will Christian make the live shows?

The X Factor 2016 airs tonight at 7:30PM on ITV.
