The X Factor and Strictly Come Dancing are set for full on clashes this weekend and next.

While so far the show's have avoided one another, there's bad news ahead for fans who like to watch both live.

This coming Saturday, Strictly will be airing a marathon live show from 6:20PM until 8:25PM as all fifteen celebrity couples dance for the second time this series.

The X Factor meanwhile kicks off at 8PM and runs through until 9:50PM as the first half of judges' houses take place.

On Sunday and the clash is worse, with Strictly's first results show airing 7:15PM-8PM while X Factor starts at 7:30PM and airs until 9PM.

The weekend after and when The X Factor goes live the clashes continue.

Strictly has pushed its start time back to 6:45PM meaning the show doesn't end until 8:50PM, while The X Factor's first live episode runs between 8PM and 10PM.

But fortunately on the Sunday there is no head to head: Strictly airs 7:15PM-8PM with The X Factor's first results show at 8PM-9PM.

The clashes are likely to hit The X Factor more with Strictly getting the head start.

But even without the two shows facing one another directly, Strictly has been streets ahead so far this year in the viewing figures

Last Saturday the BBC series had 8.6 million viewers to The X Factor's 7.1 million.

Which of the shows will you be watching live?
