After an exhaustive search (or just a Google), X Factor's Gamu Nhengu has been found.
The singer, who appeared on the show in 2011, has been the focus of a campaign by the Xtra Factor to discover just where she ended up.
Gamu made it as far as judges' houses back in 2010 and Cheryl's choice not to take her through to live shows saw an outrage not repeated since Channel 4 stole Bake Off from BBC One this week.
On this year's Xtra Factor, hosts Rylan Clark-Neal and Matt Edmondson have been searching for her and even enlisted the help of celebs including Strictly winner and The Wanted singer Jay McGuinness.
Jay said at the weekend: “Please do whatever possible to help find Gamu. Spare any time you can to support our search. Gamu is out there somewhere. Together we can find her.”
Well it turns out that Gamu has been found in a branch of Topshop where she currently works as a stylist, The Sun newspaper reports.
But the music career is far from over as now Gamu is part of a band called Sheltrs who are preparing to put out their first songs soon.
"Sheltrs is a band made up of myself and Jamie," explained Gamu. "We possibly don't quite know exactly what we're doing. But we do know what we love.
“Air Ballons is our first installation of a three song project that will be available for download in the next few weeks. Because I've realised that worrying about what we will become will not progress us further but will only succeed in holding us back.”
