The X Factor 2016 auditions hit Ireland tonight but there was a distinct lack of talent on display in some of the performances.
First up to face he judges was Jordan Devine, a 19 year-old potato farmer from Strabane, Northern Ireland.
He performed a rather woeful rendition of Robbie Williams' Candy to get four nos, although Nicole Scherzinger did comment: "You're a precious little potato."
"You've got Irish charm," added Louis Walsh.
Next up was John Brennan who gave perhaps one of the worst X Factor auditions ever, singing Lady Gaga's applause complete with bone crunching dance moves.
"That looked painful and it sounded painful," Simon Cowell told the 31 year-old from Dublin, Ireland.
The bad eggs kept coming with Peter Richard, a 67 year-old car sales man and Bono lookalike next into the judges' room.
"I'm my own self and don't want to copy anybody," he told the judges, before singing U2's Beautiful Day to get four nos.
Finally there was Paul McGuinnes who also got four nos after singing Michael Jackson's Earth Song.
"I think you have a great career ahead of you, not in singing," Simon said.
"The nerves hit me," admitted Paul to Dermot O'Leary after the performance.
The X Factor 2016 continues Sunday night on ITV at 8PM.
