Janet Grogan has returned to sing for The X Factor 2016 judges.
The Irish performer previously appeared in the Overs category back in 2014 and made it as far the six chair challenge in what was then Simon Cowell's category.
Janet, who impressed with a performance of I Still Haven't Found What I'm Looking For at the arena auditions, originally won a spot in judges' houses but found herself replaced in the brutal stage of the competition.
Simon's decision caused quite a bit of flack at the time and he confessed afterwards on Twitter: "I should have kept Janet. My mistake."
While Janet didn't return last year after her previous "humiliating" experience on the show, she has now picked up the courage to have another go.
Janet told the Daily Star newspaper: “X Factor was a bit humiliating for me and it took me a long time to get back on my feet.
"But I am over it now. I just want to sing.”
A show source added: “Simon was a bit embarrassed. But he was genuinely thrilled she has come back.”
The X Factor 2016 will air on ITV later this year.
