Here's a first look at this year's X Factor 2016 bootcamp as the successful acts from the auditions take the next step before the judges.
This year has seen the X Factor's audition process become more streamlined with a return to the room auditions and move away from arenas completely.
Last month saw Simon Cowell confirm this year's new look panel with Louis Walsh, Sharon Osbourne and Nicole Scherzinger all returning to the show in a line up of fan favourites.
Meanwhile, Dermot O'Leary is back to front proceedings with filming taking place across the UK and Ireland over the past few weeks.
This week they were at the Alexandra Palace in London to host the next stage: Bootcamp.
There was no audience other than the judges and contestants as the number of acts in the competition were whittled down to just a handful in each of the four categories.
Those who have survived the bootcamp cull will now go on to take part in the dreaded six chair challenge which is one of the few things that remains unchanged from last year.
The six chair challenge will be held this weekend and into next week in front of a live audience at Wembley Arena.
You can get tickets here for what will be this year's contestants' first performance in front of an crowd on the show, upping the pressure for what is an already tense stage.
Those who make the cut at six chairs will go on to judges' houses with the potential to make the live shows in the autumn.
The X Factor will air on ITV from later this year.
