Sharon Osbourne has said she's "so happy" to be back on The X Factor this year.
And if reports are to be believed, she's got 1.7 million reasons to be over the moon.
Simon Cowell confirmed earlier this month that Sharon would be back on the panel, joining Louis Walsh, Nicole Scherzinger and himself in a rumoured deal worth almost £2 million.
Sharon said: “I’m overjoyed about going back to The X Factor , sitting with Lou, gorgeous Nicole and naughty Simon. But most of all, I can’t wait to meet baby Eric.”
Auditions kicked off last Friday in Leicester before moving to Manchester this week.
Posting a picture of the new look judges line up on Instagram in a break from filming, Sharon raved: "So happy to be back on The X Factor panel."
This is Sharon's third stint behind the X Factor judges' desk having previously appeared between 2004 and 2007 and again in 2013.
However Sharon has found herself in a bit of an awkward situation after previous comments on talent shows came back to haunt her.
Following her last exit from The X Factor, Sharon took aim at 'boring' talent shows.
“If one more person stands in front of me and sings, I tell you, I’ve had it with people singing at me,” she complained in an interview. “And I’ve had it watching people singing on TV.”
Still, we're excited for the outrageous judge to be back on the show this year, especially with partner in crime Louis.
The X Factor will air on ITV in the autumn.
