Details of how much The X Factor 2016 judges are being paid for this year's series have been revealed, and it's a lot.
The 'new' line up for the 2016 X Factor panel was confirmed earlier in the month, less than two weeks before filming began in Leicester on Friday.
Simon Cowell is the only remaining member of last year's judges with Cheryl, Rita Ora and Nick Grimshaw all gone.
In their place are a trio of familiar faces as Nicole Scherzinger, Sharon Osbourne and Louis Walsh return to the show.
And it seemingly took a LOT of money to convince them to come back.
The Daily Mirror newspaper reports that aside from Simon Cowell's pay deal with ITV, Nicole will get the most cash of this year's judges.
Her fee is apparently £1.8 million compared to Sharon's £1.7 million.
“During negotiations, Sharon stipulated that she had to be the highest- paid judge. But what she doesn’t know is that Nicole is set to pocket an extra £125,000," a source claimed to the tabloid this weekend.
Meanwhile Louis Walsh is said to be pocketing £1 million for what will be his twelfth series behind the judges' desk.
"He’d say otherwise but I knew Simon missed me last year! I’m delighted to be back on the panel especially beside my two favourite female judges Sharon and Nicole," Louis commented on his X Factor comeback earlier in the month.
Also returning to the show is Dermot O'Leary who is supposedly scooping £1.5 million according to previous reports.
The X Factor 2016 will air later this year on ITV.
