Caroline Flack says she'll be tuning in to The X Factor this year even after her axe.
The former Xtra Factor host returned to the ITV series last year to front the main series alongside Olly Murs.
But the duo didn't last long in charge, replaced earlier this year by Dermot O'Leary who made a comeback to takeover from the pair.
Speaking this week, Caroline insisted she would still be watching the show and reckons the changes will make the new series more "fun".
"I am going to watch the next series, I have watched the X Factor for the past 11 years," Caroline said. "I’m not going to not watch it as there are no negative feelings.
“When you walk in those doors and work on that show it is lovely. It is really fun. The negativity comes from another place."
She added: “The new series of X Factor will be fun. I think Sharon is great, I’ve obviously worked with Louis before and is it Nicole? I don’t actually know. I’ve had good fun with all three of those guys.”
Caroline will make a return to TV as presenter of Love Island on ITV2 from Monday night, her first big telly gig since leaving X Factor.
"There is going to be a little bit of pressure for me to prove myself as a TV presenter, there always is," Caroline told the Daily Mirror newspaper. “Each job is a different pressure. I have worked long enough in telly now to know to take the rough with the smooth.
“You’re not going to go out there and everyone says ‘I love you’. That is life in general not just on the telly. So you have to take the bad bits with the good bits, you have to filter it.”
Season 2 of Love Island airs from 9PM on Monday on ITV2.
