While auditions may be well under way, the judges for The X Factor 2016 still seem to be up in the air.
Here's what we know: Cheryl and Nick Grimshaw have both quit and won't be back.
And what we don't: Everything else.
The strongest rumours point to return for Louis Walsh to fill one of the empty seats, although it's been claimed that not every member of the production team is on board with the idea.
While boss Simon Cowell is championing Louis, others feel a new face could do better and One Direction's Louis Tomlinson has been touted as a possible replacement.
As for Cheryl's empty chair, Sharon Osbourne is said to be in talks with Simon about making a comeback.
Sharon of course appeared on the show between 2004 and 2007 and then again for the tenth series in 2013, but ruled out ever returning again.
Sources say that both Simon and Louis have been hoping to convince Sharon to reconsider and come back for a third stint behind the judges' desk.
Finally there's Rita Ora who's future seems somewhat uncertain as well.
Nothing has been confirmed about her leaving - and insiders say that the team wants her back - but her schedule may not permit it with filming for the Fifty Shades of Grey sequel clashing with auditions.
There have also been reports suggesting that ITV are keen to get Rita back on The Voice UK for when they take over the show in 2017, with filming for that due to begin in October of this year.
If Rita does end up leaving, Nicole Scherzinger is being tipped to take her spot.
“Nicole is seen as an able replacement if Rita drops out,” an insider said recently.
So right now it's a case of wait and see, with news about the confirmed judges still potentially many weeks away.
But stick with us for all of the latest!
