Simon Cowell says he has chosen The X Factor 2016 judges, although nothing has been signed yet.
There's been plenty of speculation over who will be on this year's line up after both Nick Grimshaw and Cheryl announced their exits.
Comebacks for Nicole Scherzinger, Sharon Osbourne and Louis Walsh have all been rumoured as well as new faces including Louis Tomlinson and Meghan Trainor.
While Si wasn't giving anything away, he did tease this week: "I have a panel in mind but need to meet everyone first.”
Speaking about last year's series, Simon admitted it was 'missing something', but went on to praise series winner Louisa Johnson.
“I thought the show as a whole was low energy. You get years like that," he explained. "I don’t think it’s a Cheryl thing. I don’t think I was on top form. There was something missing. I couldn’t work it out.
“But I think I have worked it out now when we announce what we are going to do next. I mean it wasn’t a disaster...we had a great winner.”
In a chat with the Daily Mirror, the music mogul candidly confessed that coping with the death of his mum during filming had made things difficult.
“I didn’t feel myself and it really took me a year to come out of it," he said this weekend. “We have all been there. And I am not saying I am the only person it’s ever happened to but it hit me hard.
“Now I have had some time and rest and I think I have got my mojo back again.
“I can remember three years ago with Britain’s Got Talent and I thought the show had lost its zing a little bit and we all got it back together."
The new series of The X Factor will air on ITV later this year with Dermot O'Leary back as host.
