It's taken less than 24 hours for rumours to surface linking Cheryl to The Voice after she quit The X Factor yesterday.
A TV insider told the Daily Star newspaper today: "Cheryl and Will would be a dream team for producers.
"Their natural chemistry as friends would be amazing for the show.”
It was previously reported that ITV were already offering Will £2.5 MILLION to stay on the show, although the Black Eyed Peas star said recently that money didn't matter and he had yet to make a decision.
Could sitting alongside Cheryl in the spinning red chairs change his mind?
A ITV source poured cold water on the rumours for now, saying that an approach for Cheryl hasn't been made (yet).
It does seem unlikely that Cheryl would want to go over to The Voice, explaining yesterday how she quit The X Factor to focus on her music.
"I have had such an amazing experience being a judge on The X Factor," the ex Girls Aloud singer said in a statement. "I have learnt so much and enjoyed nurturing talent but I’ve missed making music and am excited to be recording again.
"I want to thank everybody I have worked with along the way, especially Simon who I love to bits. I hope the show continues to produce stars and I wish them all the best."
As for who will replace her on the Simon Cowell show, Sharon Osbourne and Nicole Scherzinger are both being tipped for comebacks, alongside Louis Walsh who is expected to take over from Nick Grimshaw.
However as yet nothing is confirmed.
The X Factor will be back this year on ITV while The Voice will begin in January on the channel.
