With Cheryl having now followed Nick Grimshaw and departed The X Factor, here's how the new look panel could look.
Once again it'll be all change on The X Factor this year, the fifth consecutive series that will see a new line up of judges.
In fact, the last time the judges stayed the same across two series was back in 2009 and 2010 when Simon Cowell, Louis Walsh, Dannii Minogue and Cheryl Cole were on the panel together.
It's been confirmed today that Cheryl has again quit the show, leaving alongside Nick Grimshaw as previously announced.
There's been no official reveal of who will be replacing them yet but sources suggest comebacks for all of Sharon Osbourne, Nicole Scherzinger and Louis Walsh could be on the cards.
Which is obviously bad news for Rita Ora, who's spot on the panel now looks to be far from safe.
A source told Now magazine: "Simon's desperate to get The X Factor back in the public favour and he thinks that getting Louis on board again, along with Sharon and Nicole, could be the perfect formula."
They added: "Sharon and Nicole will bring fun to the panel and Simon felt Louis was the missing link last year - they're good friends and have been talking about how to make the show great again."
Talks for the new series are ongoing with Louis' potential return apparently a sticking point.
“Research has come in showing Louis is a very polarising figure," a source said, with reports suggesting not all of the show's team are convinced about bringing him back.
The source added: “If Louis isn’t back on board, then Sharon won’t be. She likes the idea of the original panel and is very nervous about returning. She will only do so if Louis does too.
“Louis is desperate to get back on X Factor and he’s doing all he can to make it happen.”
Louis, Sharon and Nicole previously appeared together on the 2013 series, alongside Gary Barlow.
Whoever ends up behind the judges' desk this year, The X Factor will be back on ITV in the autumn.
