Kiera Weathers is excited to have the chance to prove herself on The X Factor 2015 tonight.
The teenager was in the bottom three last week but the judges saved her following the sing off against Alien Uncovered.
“Last weekend gave me the kick up the backside I needed," Kiera said this week. "And I’m more determined than ever now to come back with a bang.
“I thought I was fighting a losing battle if I’m honest, so I was so shocked when Simon saved me, but I’m really grateful that he did.”
After her first live performance, Kiera got a pretty damning review from Simon with the X Factor boss telling her that she needed to up her game.
"It was slightly harsh but, you know what, that’s Simon and he’s honest," Kiera said of the comments.
The 18-year-old told the Liverpool Echo: “I’d rather Simon tell me that now than three weeks down the line so I can learn and grow from it.
“Like he said, we just need to uncover who I am as an artist, and fingers crossed now I’ll get to do that."
Kiera is the favourite with the bookies to leave in what will be another double elimination on Sunday night, but she says: "If I go out this weekend at least I’ve gone out doing what I want to do and with my head held high. That’s the way I’m looking at it now."
The St Helens based singer added: “I’ve spoken to Rita and we’ve cooked up a little plan for this weekend and it’s great.
“I’m really excited. The theme is amazing and the song is amazing.”
The X Factor 2015 airs this Saturday and Sunday night on ITV from 8PM and it's another double eviction this weekend as a further two acts get the chop.
